Police in Penang, Malaysia are hunting for four more Myanmar nationals in relation to the series of brutal murder cases involving their countrymen in the last quarter of 2014, according to a report in The Star Online January 12.

Penang police chief Senior Deputy Commander Datuk Abdul Rahim Hanafi said the suspects have been identified and were being traced, noting that they might still be in the country.

Twelve other Myanmar nationals have already been arrested and nine of them will be charged under Section 302 of Malaysia’s Penal Code for murder. Two will be charged under the country’s Immigration Act, while another one has been released, according to the newspaper.
