International Monetary Fund chief Christine Lagarde hailed India as the bright spot of the global economy on March 16 ahead of talks in New Delhi with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Myanmar’s economic outlook is favourable, the International Monetary Fund says in a report which put economic growth at 7.3 percent for the fiscal year to the end of March and said inflation was expected to reach six percent by the end of 2013-2014 financial year.
