Myanmar Vice President Dr Sai Mauk Kham and an accompanying delegation have just finished a diplomatic visit to Thailand where he discussed cooperation between the two countries, according to Myawady on February 26.

Thai Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha sent a clear message to the Japanese government, its business leaders and the media that elections would be held in Thailand at the end of this year or early next, according to the Bangkok Post on February 10.
Speaker of the Amyotha Hluttaw, U Khin Aung Myint raised the case of the Myanmar suspects in the Koh Tao beach murder case with the Thai prime minister on November 24.
